By accepting free ArkansasRunner.Com calendar listing, I, as responsible party for the Race submitted on this form, do hereby agree to:
     1.  Provide non-exclusive electronic publishing rights to ArkansasRunner.Com for results of said race.
     2.  Provide results in the following electronic file format:  Microsoft Excel spreadsheet - to download example, CLICK HERE
     3.  Results will be provided to ArkansasRunner.Com on the same calendar day as they are provided to any other print or electronic publishing media.
     4.  Results are defined as the complete, compiled, ordered data and times of all runners in race, separated by gender and division (male 2M, female 2M, male 5K, female 5K, male 10K, female 10K, etc.).
     5.  Failure to provide results in the stipulated format will result in loss of future calendar listing privileges.  A record of this agreement will be retained by ArkansasRunner.com and a listing of races that fail to comply will be posted on this web site.
